1. Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made on or before 19th November,2026 (30 days prior to the event date) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, excluding GST and processing fees.

2. No Refunds After 19th November, 2026:

Refund requests received after 19th November,2026 will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Process:

All refund requests must be submitted via email to *******@gmail.com with a CC to *****@yahoo.com & ********@gmail.com.

Please include the following details in your email:

• Full Name of Registrant
• Registration Number
• Payment Receipt(s) as Attachment(s)
• Contact Information (Phone Number & Email Address)

4. Refund Timeline:

All eligible refunds will be processed post-conference. Kindly allow up to 30 working days after the conference concludes for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Non-Transferable Registrations:

Registrations are non-transferable. Requests to transfer registrations to another individual will not be entertained.

6. Force Majeure Clause:

In the event of conference cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refund policies may be revised at the discretion of the organizers.
